We're getting settled in to our new house, slowly but surely. There are still boxes around (of course) but it is already starting to feel like home. I find myself looking around and thinking "finally!" This is the home both David and I had in the back of our minds when we had that pre-marriage discussion about where we saw ourselves living in the future. Not exactly the white picket fence (the fence is actually natural wood-color!) but pretty darn close, I must say. The other part of our pre-marriage discussion included the two little people pictured here. Well, we didn't know it would be these two exactly but we kinda hoped we'd have four little feet pitter-pattering around. Every day I look at them and they seem to grow up just a little more. Although it was a bummer that I got laid off from my job, I'm really treasuring this time I'm getting to spend with the kids. They're only young once, and boy, it has been going by so fast already! Camille is 15 months here and Sebastian will be three and a half next month. p.s. This little crocheted dress Camille is wearing was made by my grandma Angeline for my younger sister, Erin. I loved dressing Camille in it today! Note also all the bruises on Sebastian's legs. It seems that he has a new "boo boo" to show us daily!
Basil's legs and knees look just like Sebastian's...... skuffed and bruised.... just like any little active boy. Beautiful kids.

How adorable is that dress?! Collin's legs are the same...even worse after we go camping! I don't think I've seen him bruise or bug-bite free since he was 2!
