Yes, it has been quite some time (again) since I've posted here! I've been posting photos on Facebook but it seems that not all folks check there very often and some, of course aren't even on Facebook so...I'm going to try to keep this site more updated. At least once a week is what I used to post. I'll try to keep that up as the kids really do change by the day! Since July (my last post) Sebastian has started pre-school. He goes Monday through Friday from 9am-noon and loves it. David and I can tell school is having an impact on him as he comes home fairly often with a new fact to share or song to sing! Camille is growing more and more into her own little person. It's fun to see the two kids interact with each other now that Camille is old enough to actually "play" with Sebastian. Their favorite thing to do is chase each other around the house and, of course, fight over toys! Funny how I can remember doing the same things with my siblings! I just have to smile when I see them playing together. We're loving our new house and have had several visitors enjoy our guest suite. Grandpere Nelson visited at the beginning of October followed by my parents in mid-October. Nelson joined us again with his friend Jan for Thanksgiving. We've always loved having folks visit but it makes it so much nicer now that they don't have to sleep on air mattresses in our living room (think 1-BR Manhattan apartment)! I've gone back to school and getting close to obtaining my certification in web design and programming. David's being handed more and more job responsibility in his position at Norges Bank so everything seems secure there (at least for now, thank goodness!) Camille's current vocabulary includes: mama, dada, nana (banana), dee-tee (dirty), ball, no, shoes, nigh-nigh (night-night), nice-nice, mine, poo-poo, bye-bye, ah-duh (all done), appoo (apple), qua-coo (cracker), upa (up), wee-wee (milk), open, meow-meow (cat), woof-woof (dog), quack-quack (duck), wa-wa (water), ca (car), and Bah (Sebastian).
The above photos here were taken today as we were enjoying some outside time in the backyard. I'll post some recent photos in a new photo album but won't be able to include everything since July!
